DSP 2011 Travel Information

For Dallas Souther Pride 2011, we are proud to announce American Airlines as the official carrier for our guests who will be traveling in via air. We have made a discount agreement with American Airlines that is valid from 09/20/11 to 09/29/11 for travel to Dallas, TX. The Promotion Code you will need to give as you are making your reservations is 5990AS. 

All guests using American Airlines for air travel will receive a 5% discount off the lowest applicable published air fare.  To make a discount reservation, please call the Meeting Services Desk at 1-800-433-1790 from anywhere in the United States or Canada or go to www.AA.com  and refer to Promotion Code 5990AS.

There will also be a separate ticketing charge of $20.00 USD for tickets purchased via the phone or $30.00 USD for tickets purchased at the airport.  This amount is subject to change.  At this time, there is no ticketing fee for reservations made and ticketed on www.AA.com.  The percentage discount can be booked on-line at www.AA.com for American Airlines and American Eagle flights only.

Passengers are responsible for all applicable baggage fees at time of travel.  Please refer to www.aa.com/baggage for current baggage allowance and fees and bag/box embargo information. For those coming from outside the country, you will need to call your local reservations number and refer to Promotion Code 5990AS. 

For those with rental car needs, we are also proud to announce Avis Rental Car as the official rental car company for our guest.The Promotion Code you will need to give as you are making your reservations is HLS2307101236.  You can go to this www.avis.com to make your reservation.
